Your operation has particularities

A good route considers
more than distance.

Use order data and operation settings to guide planning.

Vehicle capacity

Consider weight, volume and registered limits to distribute the load according to the available capacity.

Delivery windows

Take the opening hours into planning and review possible waits or incompatibilities in the sequence.

Service regions

Configure service areas and preferences to guide the distribution of orders between vehicles.

Departure and return to base

Define the starting point and whether there will be a return to base to bring the planned route closer to your team's routine.

Service time

Consider the expected time at stops, in addition to travel, to compose the operation estimates.

Orders needing attention

Review orders that were outside of planning and the limits involved before releasing the operation.

Automation with room for your experience

You maintain control.

Frequently asked questions

Understand how planning fits into your operation.

Do I need to register orders one by one?

No. In addition to registering via the Web, you can import orders via spreadsheet or use the API to integrate your system with Entregui.

Can I set up and adjust a route manually?

Yes. You can select orders, consult the map, adjust the order of stops and request a new optimization before confirming the route.

Does planning consider capacity and schedules?

Planning uses registered vehicle limits and order information, such as weight, volume and delivery windows. Keeping this data filled in helps generate a plan compatible with the operation.

What if an order doesn't fit into the routes?

Review unallocated orders and planning conditions. It may be necessary to adjust vehicle availability, limits or schedules to create a new plan.

Are times and distances guaranteed?

These are estimates to support planning. Circulation conditions, real service time and occurrences can change execution. The Control Tower helps monitor the progress of routes.

Does the delivery person receive the route in the app?

Yes. After creating and assigning the route, the delivery person can check the stops and orders in the application, start the service and record the results of the deliveries.
