What is a PUDO point?

It is an address where the consumer can pick up or leave an order, according to the network's rules. Partner stores and establishments can fulfill this role.

Which part of the operation does Entregui cover?

Planning and monitoring transport between addresses, with order information and evidence of delivery. The counter's operation follows the network's processes and systems.

Does confirmation at the point mean that the consumer has withdrawn?

No. The confirmation made by the driver records the delivery to the partner point. Consumer withdrawal is another step and must be controlled by the network process.

Does Entregui control stock at the point or open lockers?

These controls are not part of this transport flow. Stock, consumer identification and opening lockers require their own processes or systems and an integration assessment.

Can I arrange return shipping?

Yes. You can plan return transport from the point, with origin, destination and order data. Return, exchange and refund authorization follow your company's rules.
