Yes. Collection allows multiple photos, with limits defined by the company. This helps to record, for example, the volume and receipt location in the same order.

Can photos and signature be used together?

Yes. The Photo + Signature option combines the two records upon confirmation. There are also photo, signature or keyword options as per the request.

Is guidance for the delivery person mandatory?

No. The company can fill out a free text with collection instructions. Once completed, it appears in the app at the time of confirmation.

What information accompanies the evidence?

The order brings together the collected records, the recipient's data and the delivery date. Photos may also include date, time and coordinates received from the device, depending on the data available at collection.

Can I download the receipt and integrate the files?

Yes. The Web allows you to consult the evidence and download proof of delivery. The API offers photo, signature, file and PDF queries for delivered orders, depending on the registered content.
