Do I need to install a tracker in the vehicle?

Tracking uses the location of the delivery person's cell phone through the Entregui application. You must keep location and connection permissions enabled to submit new positions.

Does the customer need to install the application?

No. The recipient accesses the tracking link on their cell phone or computer browser, without logging in.

What happens when the delivery person has no signal?

Without connection, new positions do not reach the panel. The last received location and update indication help you recognize this situation. The map returns to receiving positions when connection and sending are resumed.

Is the estimated arrival time a guaranteed time?

No. The forecast, when available, is an estimate. Operating conditions and data availability may change the time displayed.
